The unit
Only the work Prufy runs uses units.
A Prufy unit is a fraction of the execution credit the specialists consume. Auditor, Research and Assistant share the same pool of units. Ordinary management actions, such as creating projects, assigning tasks, consulting evidence or reviewing findings, do not consume units.

What a team usually asks before choosing a plan.
How do I subscribe to a plan?
You tell us how your team works and we send you a proposal with the plan that fits. If you choose Hobby, we write to you to activate it. We do not publish prices.
Can I change plan?
Yes. You can move up whenever your team needs it and move down at the end of the contracted period. Your projects are kept when you change.
What happens if I run out of units?
On Core and Pro you can expand them. On Hobby you cannot, and that is the sign that a plan with more capacity is due.
Where is Prufy deployed?
Hobby, Core and Pro run on Prufy Cloud. Enterprise can run on Prufy Cloud, on a private instance or on your own infrastructure.
How is my data handled?
We design Prufy to work with data and AI in Europe. Security and the privacy policy explain how.
